Site Visit

When we are making arrangements for your testing site visit, we will estimate the length of time it may take in case you wish to timetable accordingly. Once we have agreed the date and time of your Site Visit we will confirm this by letter or email.

Selleck Testing Ltd abide by the industry standard IET Code of Practice for the In-Service Inspection and Test of Electrical Equipment and BS7671.2001 for Periodic Inspection & Test.

All our test engineers are fully uniformed and qualified to carry out testing. For further information on our Test Procedures please click here.

Upon arrival on site, our test engineers introduce themselves to your designated member of staff, and offer an explanation of how the visit will be conducted, and the nature of work to be carried out.

Following a brief site inspection, we will highlight any crucial network links and, in discussion with you, ascertain procedures for testing these specific areas.

We aim to disturb your staff as little as possible, and work in an orderly and efficient manner throughout the test.

When the site visit is completed, we report back to the member of staff. At this stage we can give a verbal indication of results. We can also advise on any preventative action to be taken, either immediately or in the future.

However, the full report is clearly typed, and presented either on paper or CD, usually within 5 working days, or sooner if required.
