Testing Reports

Your Report is presented as a bound document, or at no extra charge as a CD for use as a spreadsheet, which has proved to be an invaluable resource for many of our customers.

While we are alert to the dangers of faulty equipment and wiring, we bring our years of skill and experience with test criteria to the procedure. Our well-earned reputation is based on first-class testing and reporting, with a strongly customer-focused service gained over 18 years.

PAT Report

This report contains information about each unique appliance. Appliance ID number, specific location and test result. The report is split in to either PASS or FAIL for easy reference. (Click here to view a sample PAT Report)

Periodic Inspection Report

The report will be provided in an easy to read format in a fully bound folder. The detailed report will highlight any observations and recommendations for actions to be taken on a prioritised basis.

Additionally, schematic drawings and circuit diagrams can be supplied fully encapsulated to assist you with your future maintenance requirements.

Guarantees

Your Test results are provided fully bound upon completion, listing appliance ID’s, specific locations and test results. The report is split into PASS and FAIL and is also available on a CDROM at no extra charge if preferred.

Selleck Testing offers FREE retest on electrical equipment that has been repaired following our visit when the equipment is returned to our offices. For multiple items where a site visit is more appropriate a nominal charge may apply.
